Ashley Jestin is a Reiki master, a Shamanic practitioner, and an advanced certified yoga instructor. These offerings are available one on one or you can attend her public classes at Semperviva Yoga. Ashley encourages students and recipients to personalize their practice and therefore she uses trauma-sensitive language to create a space where everyone can listen to their own body's wisdom first and her suggestions second. She is also working on an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and therefore her classes and private offerings are infused with practical body knowledge. You will leave her classes and energy sessions feeling aligned, replenished, and refreshed.

As an emerging artist, Rebecca Ramsey embraces an interdisciplinary practice which focuses on exploring the intersections of ceramics, drawing and animation. As a maker, she is deeply engaged with the materiality of clay and its metaphors of memory, time and transformation. She is especially interested in how clay operates in installations with other materials such as film or fabric. Her work often reflects on experiences in the studio, as well as natural and evolutionary cycles and their relationship to notions of becoming and time.
